During the recent edition of Mido, Divel Italia introduced the Re-Live Sun Lenses collection, a groundbreaking line breathing new life into plastic waste. This innovative product underscores the company's commitment to sustainability, as declared in the campaign slogan for the Milanese event: ‘Live a life you’d Re-Live,’ an invitation to live life to the fullest of your potential.

The Re-Live lenses, available in both demo and sun versions, represent one of Divel Italia's most eco-friendly offerings. They are crafted from Tritan Renew, a proprietary raw material developed by Eastman, derived from mixed polyester waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or the environment. The collection boasts eight vibrant colour tones, each compatible with all frame materials, including acetate, and coatings like anti-glare and exterior multilayer coatings.

The company also unveiled the urbanity Bicolor line, an evolution of their polarized lens collection introduced at Mido 2023. These lenses feature a distinctive two- tone design and are uniquely suitable for use with electronic devices, unlike traditional polarized lenses that can distort vision when viewing screens – especially those now commonly found in cars. Another exciting addition to Divel Italia's repertoire is the planets Light Colors collection, a refined variation of the planets series. These photochromic nylon lenses come in elegant soft hues such as lilac, ochre, orange, and light blue, and are enhanced with distinctive mirror effects. They maintain their versatility and adaptability to varying lighting conditions, enhancing both style and functionality.
