Italia Independent introduces the 3D Sculptures Collection for Spring/Summer 2025—a celebration of volume, detail, and creative self-expression. This innovative release explores the third dimension through a dynamic range of optical frames and sunglasses in acetate and stainless steel, brought to life with vibrant color palettes and contrasting textures.

The collection is a visual and tactile experience, where each frame is treated as a sculptural object. Logos appear in high-relief, referencing contemporary artist Jeff Koons in their exploration of depth and playful use of color. Gradient transitions and layered textures seamlessly blend across both acetate and metal structures, creating a fluid visual impact.

Acetate styles range from minimal and lightweight models like Cielo and Cuore, to bolder silhouettes such as Coraggio, Cultura, and Coccola (in the opening picture). These designs mix classic hues and pastels with striking fluorescent details and unexpected combinations, offering a wide and expressive palette.

Four styles crafted entirely in stainless steel—Cacao, Carisma, Chiarore, and Carosello—feature the brand’s iconic camo pattern in timeless green, as well as in fresh purple and navy updates. Contrasts between classic metals like silver and gunmetal with bold shades such as blue and fluorescent green add a modern twist. Matte and shiny finishes alternate for added dimension, including standout matte white editions.

Hybrid models such as Ciao, Capriccio, Caos, and Certezza blend acetate with stainless steel for a lighter, translucent look. Pastel tones merge with vivid accents in a “mermaid effect” that enhances the fluidity and elegance of each design.
