For the next season, ECO Eyewear launches a new campaign which focuses on bio acetate
For the new season, Eco Eyewear shows again its passion for the planet with the FW22 campaign, ‘Find your way’, in which the brand presents four families of sustainable materials: recycled metal, biobased plastics, ocean plastic and bio acetate.
The new Bio Acetate frames are made from plant-derived materials (natural cotton and wood pulp), this means that they’re non-toxic, phthalate-free, and completely biodegradable. And, because they’re sourced from plants, the materials are 100% renewable! Like all Eco products, they also arrive in packaging made from recycled materials to further protect our precious planet.
Today, the brand is welcoming several new styles to the family, such as Mica and Topaz. Other options include Ruby, Jet, and Shale. They all bring scintillating style and beauty to the table, in a one-of-a-kind, biodegradable package. Mica’s squared lines offer an elegant touch to any ensemble, while Topaz is characterized by a swooping cats-eye style. Both frames are available in a brand-new color: a gray-pink gradient that looks stunning against any skin tone. Moreover, all the Bio acetate sunglasses feature Bio Nylon lenses, a natural and renewable material that’s 20% lighter than standard polycarbonate and glass lenses.
It is worth remembering that for each frame sold Eco plants a tree. To date, with the program One Frame, One Tree in partnership with Trees for the Future, Eco has successfully planted over 2.9 million trees.
At Silmo Paris, Neubau presented the first optical collection made of sustainable, plant-based acetate.
