Viva Magenta, the Pantone color of 2023, is a color which descends from the red family: it draws its inspiration from the living and express a new signal of strength, the same signal that Morel wanted to give presenting three frames tuned to the “Magentaverse”: the models 20137K, 40224N and 40203N. The first is an ode to Viva Magenta with its shades of pink, red and purple put in an audacious shape. The colored hook echoes the fine stainless steel eyebrow inserted in the acetate, adding a refined touch of color. The second frame, rather, emphasizes color through acetate collages that are sometimes translucent and sometimes opaque, with the addition of character thanks to a touch of color inside the circle. The last, eventually, is a model generous in color. The same acetate pattern, almost floral, adorns the front and the end piece, perfectly matching the solid color of the temple, giving a surprising and atypical acetate.
