Colibris adds to its large range of stainless steel and acetate frames. The German brand, created in 1998 near Lubeck and specializing in designing petite eyewear pieces, is still run by its founders and has more than 20 years of experience in producing models, in various materials, shaped for tiny faces. Everything began from a real need: Founder Wolfgang Reckzeh's wife, Susanne, couldn't find the right glasses for her own face, so they decided to start a company that could offer quality products to people who need glasses that were smaller and tinier than the status quo.

The popular stainless-steel collection, manufactured in Italy, features filigree metal frames that are now available in many different shapes, and are refined with a variety of colourful and handcrafted details. The lightness and thinness of its metal pieces are a trademark of the brand and are key factors in designing delicate shapes to fit narrow features. With five striking acetate frames, Colibris brings new momentum to its German-made acetate range.
