The Milanese eyewear brand supports the Monegasque event that supports charities through cycling by raising public awareness of sustainable transport

Sunday, 26 November, BEKING returned, the annual event that celebrates cycling in all its aspects, involving professionals, amateurs, families and champions in a day of celebration with competitions, activities and conferences held with the aim of bringing more and more people closer to this sport, which is a symbol of sustainable transport and, finally, to support, every year, some charitable foundations. The Beking Association and Fight Aids Monaco, created by H.S.H. Princess Stephanie, are the two bodies chosen for this edition.

From this year, together with BEKING in the promotion of sustainable transport and in support of charities, there was also the exclusive independent Made in Italy eyewear brand SNOB Milano, which for the occasion has created a limited-edition version of its most iconic model. Dogui, the name of the sunglasses that made the brand famous around the world, is a sunglasses style that, since its debut in 2014, has entered the collective imagination on account of its ingenious simplicity enhanced by the quality of ZEISS Sunlens branded solar lenses that have been chosen for the entire range of sunglasses and sunclips of the entire SNOB Milano collection.

"We are happy to add our name to this event" – comments Tommaso Bossetti, founder of SNOB Milano. "We are young, dynamic companies that share a passion for outdoor activities and sport as a moment of leisure and getting together, as well as a vehicle for important social messages. Our core business is eyewear, which, depending on its styles and variations, is an essential ally during sport, but also a fashion accessory for all occasions".

The 26th of November will therefore be a day of celebration to celebrate cycling, the only sport that is capable of transforming into a lifestyle and having an impact on everyday life, also positioning itself as a useful means of transport to rediscover cities. In a stimulating circuit specially designed by professionals, the public was able to admire the spectacular abilities of the protagonists, have fun and entertain the public. In addition to the race officially included in the UCI calendar of events, the challenge continued with an exhibition designed to involve fans and make them protagonists: fans were able to experience the thrill of racing alongside former professionals and athletes of today, forming a real team.

Among the Legends and Pro highlights of this edition were Manuel Quinziato, Pro Cyclist from 2002 to 2017 and holder of the Italian time trial title in 2016, the new Gravel World Champion, Matej Mohoric, and the multiple world champion Peter Sagan, who will close his last season of his road career in Monaco. In addition, Primoz? Roglic,? Matteo Trentin, Elia Viviani, Elena Cecchini and many others.
