How has the Lunor brand evolved over the years?
Lunor as a brand has undergone significant evolution over the years, adapting to changing trends while maintaining our commitment to quality and timeless design. We started with a focus on small metal glasses, but today, our main emphasis is on acetate frames, reflecting the shift in consumer preferences and our ability to innovate within the industry. Despite these changes, we continue to draw inspiration from the best design approaches of the past, ensuring that each new collection remains true to Lunor’s heritage.

How would you define the office core aesthetic, and which elements of this trend resonate most with Lunor’s design?
The office core aesthetic in eyewear brings back the vibes of the 90s with its small, angular shapes, creating a look that is both minimalist and sophisticated. This trend combines clean lines with a professional elegance that resonates strongly with modern style preferences. At Lunor, we recognized the appeal of these design elements early on and incorporated them into our A12 line about four years ago, demonstrating our ability to anticipate and align with emerging trends. This trend aligns perfectly with Lunor’s design philosophy, which emphasizes the fusion of tradition and contemporary design. Our frames are known for their understated simplicity, ensuring that they not only capture the essence of the office core aesthetic but also embody the durability and comfort that Lunor is renowned for. By seamlessly blending classic 90s-inspired styles with modern sensibilities, we create eyewear that is both timeless and relevant, making a subtle yet stylish statement.

Can you describe a pivotal moment in Lunor's history that significantly influenced the brand's trajectory?
One of the most pivotal moments in our history was the media attention we received following the death of Apple founder Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was often seen wearing his iconic Lunor round glasses, which brought a tremendous amount of attention to our brand. The spotlight on his eyewear choice highlighted the quality and timeless design of Lunor glasses, significantly boosting our visibility and reputation worldwide. This moment underscored the impact of influential figures on brand recognition and helped cement Lunor's position in the premium eyewear market.

Can you share any insights into the creative process behind the latest collection? How does it reflect current trends and future directions?
The newest collection features striking new shapes and colours in our A14 line, embracing a bold style that reflects the current trend towards more expressive and statement-making eyewear. For our A12 line, we've introduced additional colours with gradient effects, providing a subtle yet sophisticated update that aligns with contemporary aesthetic preferences.
